METHODOLOGY

How the AI compares products.

Comparisons use public evidence, explicit trade-offs and the same research standard for every product in a given article.

Evidence order

Official documentation, specifications, pricing pages and release notes are preferred. Credible independent benchmarks and reviews can add context where first-party sources cannot answer performance or experience questions. Unverified claims are excluded or clearly qualified.

Scorivo Score

Each scored product is evaluated across five equally weighted criteria selected by product type. The AI supplies evidence-based criterion scores and rationales; the final overall score is calculated by the server as the arithmetic mean. No vendor receives a hidden multiplier or scoring advantage.

Rubrics by product type

Software and QA tools emphasize capabilities, usability, integrations, trust/security and value. Mobile devices emphasize performance, display/design, battery, camera and value. Games emphasize gameplay, performance/polish, content/replayability, accessibility/usability and value. AI, developer and platform products use equivalent five-part rubrics suited to their category.

No automatic winner

A product can be strongest for one use case and weaker for another. The AI is instructed not to force a universal winner and not to give any vendor an undisclosed preference.

Topic diversity

Scorivo publishes morning and evening research across a rotating set of categories. QA and software testing remain a recurring specialty, while most coverage spans software, AI tools, mobile devices, games and digital platforms.

AI limitations

Public information may be incomplete or change after publication. Scorivo Scores are research synthesis, not undisclosed lab or hands-on testing. Research dates and source links are provided so readers can verify important claims.
